A compact 20` container with internal explosion protection with a possible interior temperature up to + 60 ° C !!!
Adjustable range: -20 ° to + 60 ° C
Ex zone: 2 Temperate class: T3
Available interior: approx. Length 4400 mm - width 2280 mm - height 2150 mm
Optional extras such as Lights, sump system in accordance with the German water act and many bespoke options
are available.

designed
a
DISINFECTION
STATION
based
in
a
10’
container
that
allows
e.g.
The
disinfection
of
shopping
trolley
handles
including
the
hands
of
the
user
without
tying
up
valuable
human
resources.
furthermo
re,
the
function
as
a
sluice
supports
and
aids
a
well
organised
and
thorough
disinfection
procedure.
Equipped
with
a
robust
PVC
floor,
a
spray
bar,
turnstile
operated
hand
disinfection,
an
area
for
people
and
e.g.
Shopping
tro
lleys
as
well
as
ramps
for
easy
access
in
and
out
of
the
disinfection
station.
The
quality
of
our
station
sets us well above the standard in this market.
The
container
serves
as
a
walk-in
walk-out
room,
in
which
the
disinfection
of
objects
and
hands
can
be
safely
and
thoroughly
achieved.
Additional
equipment
like
e.g.
face
mask
dispensers
are
also
available on request.

additional
ambient
or
climate-controlled
storage
facilities
(HACCP)
and
(GMBP)
we
can
also
be
of
service
in

Special construction of reefer containers - reefer container systems - further developments
ConRail manufactures reefer containers and container systems of almost any size and length on the basis of reefer
containers or standard sea containers. For this purpose we use reefer containers, and also standard sea containers as
basic modules.
An example of special construction:
Special dimensions 7500mm length (24 feet) and width 3000mm and 3910mm.
Use as climate chamber, temperature change container or in explosion-proof design as filling and transfer
station for explosive substances.
Control technology adapted to customer requirements.
High-quality deep-freeze chamber stainless steel doors as custom-made products.
Variable temperature ranges from -40°C to +60°C or -30°C to +80°C
